You’ll fill out a health intake form, discuss your goals with your therapist, and be guided through what to expect. You’ll undress to your comfort level, be properly draped at all times, and can request adjustments during your session.

Yes. Please reschedule if you have a fever, contagious condition, skin irritation, or are adjusting to new medications. For serious conditions or recent surgeries, consult your doctor first and let your therapist know.
