  • Reschedule if needed: If you’re sick, have fever, skin issues, or are adjusting medications, it’s best to reschedule.

  • Intake check: We’ll review your health history, goals, and areas of focus so your session—massage, Reiki, or coaching—is personalized for you.

During Your Session
Your comfort guides every session:

  • Massage: You undress to your comfort level, with only the area being worked on exposed. Pressure and draping can be adjusted anytime.

  • Reiki: Fully clothed energy healing tailored to your needs, promoting calm and balance.

After Your Session
